除非你在国内老老实实告诉公司你是澳洲公民。。。否则你是无法出具合理的纳税证明的。-国内年收入超过12万的也是强制要做tax return了

问题是国内几年前的收入交税怎么证明呀?都已离职很久来澳定居了呀

Just recently read an article from Thomson Reuters, which might be worth of sharing.

"The ATO has announced new data-matching programs targeting:

- offshore bank accounts which may evidence undeclared income and/or gains in the 2008-09 to 2010-11 financial years. 50,000 accounts will be matched;

- credit and debit card sales of entities for the period 1 July 2011 to 30 June 2012. Approximately 900,000 merchants will be matched; and

- real property transactions. Records relating to approximately 10.4m individuals will be matched.

The information collected will be electronically matched with certain sections of ATO data holdings to identify non-compliance with lodgment and payment obligations under taxation law.

如果父母刚移民到澳洲，从国内往这边转钱  也会被查吗（他们没有税号，估计以后也不会申请税号）？

个人观点，从法律角度严格意义上来说，父母过世留下给子女的财产才叫继承，否则是赠与。
