Thank you for contacting Revenue NSW in relation to a quarantine fee waiver.
We have reviewed your email and supporting evidence. Based on the information you have supplied, we have determined that you have not met the eligibility for a waiver of the Quarantine Fees.
This determination has been made based on the waiver eligibility guidelines set out in the Notice of Quarantine document issued to you upon your arrival into NSW. The reason you are not eligible is as follows:
The flight was not cancelled by the airline
Please contact Revenue NSW if you would like to discuss this outcome – you may request a review of this decision in writing at statedebt@revenue.nsw.gov.au. Please address your email to “State Debt Manager”.
