International Roaming: Your new services have International Roaming and International Day Pass already activated (unless you're recontracting with your existing number or have chosen to opt out). An International Day Pass allows you to make and receive unlimited standard voice calls and SMS, and includes a data allowance to use in Eligible Countries for a daily charge. A Day Pass charge is triggered when you use your services overseas in an Eligible Country. You can use our spend management tools to help you monitor your International Roaming usage. For more information visit telstra.com/overseas. If you would like to deactivate roaming please call us on 125 109. Handset Compatibility: If your handset is not compatible with our Mobile Network, and you have a cochlear implant or wear a hearing aid, you may experience a disruption when using your handset for voice calls. For more information, visit telstra.com/hearing-aids. Monthly credit: You'll receive a credit on your bill each month until you recontract, cancel your plan or move to an ineligible plan. International Calls and SMS: From Australia to standard international numbers. Eligible countries are Bangladesh, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Lebanon, Malaysia, New Zealand, Pakistan, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, USA, UK & Vietnam. Usage excludes calls/texts/MMS to premium numbers, 12xx, satellite numbers and content charges. Allowances expire monthly.
