Vitamix 
The only model sold in Costco is "Aspire" with 5 yrs warranty (normally 7 yrs). This model is designed only for Costco. From the test on youtube, Vitamix is the No.1 blender. It has silky taste.
The advantage of this brand are:
Knife: it's blunt so that it break the cell and release the nutrition
Jug: the material is certified
Power: it's 2 horse power. it usually takes 1 min to get all blending done.
Prevention of overheat: When it's overheat, the machine will shut down automatically.
Result: if you put blended stuff onto a paper comparing with other brand, you'll notice the dramastic difference.
It last longer. some people used and passed onto the next generation.
Presetting/Manual: Manual is sufficient for the function we want to use. Even though you use presetting, it doesn't mean it'll blended to your desired result. You may still have to blended for a little while.
Once you get Vitamix, you won't want any other blender.
