不知道这三段英文是引用还是你自己的判断。第一段中也说IQ可以通过训练提高,只不过不会太多,100不可能 ...
The summary is based on expert opinion from the psychology field. Not my area. So I rely on their expertise.
1. You won't' see that much increase through coaching. Very controversial topic, some say yes, some say no, IQ can’t be coached.

5-6 points maybe achievable, 15 points increase is definitely impossible. You can't make someone with IQ of 100, so smarter than 50% of the population to 115, which is smarter than 86% of the population. So this means, let's say, to get in selective school, you need an IQ of at least 125. I don't think coaching will allow average intelligent students in any way. If an IQ 120 students get the boost needed through coaching and got in, I don't see an issue here as they are above 90% of the population anyway. As for if another student loses out because they didn't' get coaching, well too bad. Success in life needs the combination of intelligence and conscientiousness, the exam for selective school should reflect that too.
2. That is a silly suggestion You brain develops when you grow up. You reach your max potential IQ with good upbringing when reaching adulthood. The fluid IQ does decrease when you age, but crystal IQ remains relatively intact unless you get mental illness or dementia.
3. That is not how normal distribution works. If the average IQ is now 130, then 50% of the population will still be above and below 130. We are in fact getting smarter compared to our grandparents. It is called the Flynn effect.
At the end of the day, IQ isn’t everything. You won’t be successful unless you also work hard.
