Optus的客服真的是无语了,这是一个刚刚电话Optus的答案
Guess what, I just got off the phone using my mobile to call Optus and spoken over an hour just now. They said it is my computer's fault. But I do not believe.
They started off with asking disconnected the modem and off and on and. I tried it three times yet no luck. Than
followed by asking if I had anti-virus. I have three computer, all with different anti-virus from AVG, mcafee virus and
kaspersky.
Than they ask to clear my internet cache and etc on my computer which is done earlier before calling them. On
all the browsers I used.
Than finally...They just basically told me to open command prompt on my windows 7. and Type on tracert www.XXXXXXXXX.com.cn website and see what happens. And when the link completes and you tell them.
They say its your computer's fault. I highly doubt this is a method to see if the link is working. I tried with
different .com website too. IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Opera on three different computer the links
relating to any chinese website as example above doesnt work.
and than they tell you to call a number 1300 724 347 to see if they can fix your computer yet there is a surcharge
on fixing the computer. How can over 3-4 computers not work with any of those website. Yet when I connect
using both my mobile phones wireless hotspot they work. My vodafone and Telstra next works fine using the
SAME COMPUTERS~~~!!!!
COME ON OPTUS ~~!!!!! If this continues I think you would loose alot of customers or need to compensate
your customers if this takes longer~!!! |
