For a Centre Court type shop, deposit is not required at most of time. But it also depends on your lease, please be careful when sign the contract with them.
Otherwise if that is an actual store / fully leased store, you will require 3 months rent as deposit, which they called 'bank guarantee'. You can put it into your bank as Term deposit and hand in the TD certificate for them. (acting same as TD but it is not a TD, it pays you interest income, but it has service fee every year). |
