can apply for working holiday visa, but it only allows you to work for one employer for no more than ...
Unfortunately Working Holiday Visa doesn't apply to Chinese citizens.
There's only one way to go---enter Australia on a Tourist Visa then apply for Protection Visa. As far as I know, if they do that, their dependent children can access public education for free. Once they submitted the application for Protection visa, they will be on a bridging visa which might enables them to work in Australia.
If their protection visa application is rejected, then they can ask for a review. In this situation their dependent children can still access public education for free until a decision is made about the visa review.
However there's no guarantee that Immigration Department will change their minds after the review of the case.
I do not understand why people would like to stay in Australia illegally. It's not worth it!! |
