A Frenchs Forest man said that he will need some time to process his thoughts after finding out that he won a $333,333.34 share in Monday Lotto.
“I heard the Lotto numbers on the radio on my way to work this morning, I immediately thought that they were very familiar and checked my ticket as soon as I could,” the self-employed father of two said.
“This will help out a lot; I’ve got a mortgage and a young family, so it won’t go to waste.
“My wife will be in tears when I tell her about this. I just need to process it myself first before I tell anyone, it feels very surreal.”
The Frenchs Forest man has been playing the same Lotto numbers on his system eight ticket for more than 15 years.
“I picked my numbers more than 15 years ago, they are mainly important birthdays,” the winner added.
The 43 year-old winner purchased his winning ticket from Avalon Beach Newsagency at 70 Old Barrenjoey Road, Avalon.
Three winners shared Monday Lotto’s $1 million prize, along with the winning entry sold from Avalon, one winning entry was sold from the Sydney suburb of Rose Bay and one winning entry was sold in Victoria.
The winning numbers for Monday Lotto draw, 3032, are 7, 2, 30, 3, 28 and 4 with the supplementary numbers 21 and 37.
