不好意思我没rebuild过，不敢说知道怎么样做，找到一点信息：
By design, the iphone will sync itunes content with ONE computer at a time. Your phone will see your computer as a new computer, and all itunes content will first be erased from your phone & replaced with the itunes content from your "new" computer. This won't be a problem for you since you've indicated you successfully backed up such content.
Disable auto sync when an ipod/iphone is connected under preferences.
Next, put one contact in whatever program you use for that purpose & one event in whatever calendar program you use on your computer, they can be fake, it doesn't matter.
Connect your phone, itunes running, DO NOT SYNC.
Go up to Store>Authorize this Computer.
Go up to File>Transfer Purchases, to make sure all purchased content is in itunes.
Right click, select BACKUP.
Right click again & select reset warnings.
Right click again & select restore from backup, select the backup you just made.
This must be followed by a sync to restore your itunes content. You'll receice a popup regarding your contacts & calendar asking to merge or replace. Select merge.
You should be good to go with all your content & data on your phone & syncing with your "new" computer
