3. Install new 6mm Vella Boards on the wall . Fix the walls and floor and make it ready for the waterproofing

4. Install 6mm Fiber Cement Tile Underlay, glue it and screw it to the floor
Not necessary, if the condition of floor boards is good. Otherwise, better to replace the whole floor boards with CFC sheets
5. There will be a niche in the shower area.

6. Waterproof the floor and the wet area. There will be two coats oil base waterproofing on the floor, after the sand cement screeding there will be another two coats of waterproofing on top of the screeding and Three coats on the shower and wet area.
Not necessary to do another layer of waterproofing over the sand screeding. Better to do 3 coats of waterproofing directly over the floor boards. And leave minimum 3 days to fully dry. Then avoid any sharp things to damage the waterproofing before the sand screeding is done.
for the better effort, silicone the corner, install waterproofing cloth, first coat are done on the first day, do the second coat on the second day, third coat on the third day.
But most waterproofer will finish all of the steps in one day for better profit.
7.The tiler will do the sandcement screeding and tile the floor and the walls to the ceiling.
