总公司就我和FINANCIAL CONTROLLER, 他已经第三次找我谈话了:
1. 给我加10%奖金,(过去的十年,他已经给我许诺了至少两次,每次都是有各种困难的时候,需要黄继光顶上, 从来没有兑现过, 这次打死我都不会再相信了), 我说, bonus is performance based, this is change to my duties and work load, my base salary should be changed.
2. 他已经口头通知公司他要退休了,推荐我接替他的职位 (以前也退休过,就是退不了), 我说,YOU ARE THE GREAT ASSETS TO OUR COMPANY, WE CAN'T LET YOU GO, LET'S FOCUS ON THE SITUATION OF XXX'S RETIREMENT.
3.招新人,可以招CONTRACTOR 6 DAYS, JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT, OR SENIOR ACCOUNTANT, 问我的意见,我说,CONTRACTOR, 就是替换,不增加成本,他说公司也考虑招SENIOR, MONEY IS NOT AN ISSUE (心里想, 就是不给我), 我说,没问题啊,我会FULLY SUPPORT THE NEW ROLE, HOW DOES IT IMPACT MY ROLE? (威胁)。
4. 大道理,blah blah blah, people who are successful in their careers are who are chasing their boats, not waiting for their boats to come in..., I said that's the attitude all young people should have, (我已经50+,还是坐在海边等吧)。 |
