加盖二层，建筑面积130，有阳台，阳台和楼梯是玻璃样式，陶瓷瓦有gutter protector，一层换窗户换门并且把入口的Patio扩到10平，8 zone 11 outlets中央空调，外面漆一层全部重新刷，一共362K
