我记得这个Amex 的Offer有个T&C是说要在9月30日前发货才有这个$250的Credit。如果有升级配置的话，需要时间的。

我八月初就买了E570，升级了硬盘和内存，联想半个月后才给我从上海发货，发货后一周才收到。
