Sometimes it probably better check with your solicitor than ask people who are not expert. I know that standard contract are all 42 days settlement, if not settled vendor entitled to keep 10% deposit then resale. Unless you request longer settlement, and negotiate the rent when they rented back. If you don't understand all these requirement you would ask same question when you want to buy another property.
For inspection, you could get your own inspector done. Or I would call the inspector who did the report. Unless they are friends, usually they will tell you the truth. The vendor already paid them the fees, no need for the inspector to lie to you.
Usually ants attack can be treated so find out if this is can be done.
Some people's may be here to help you, some people's may try to stop you. Do your own research and speak to the agents about your concerns . |
