6.2 How to apply and pay
Only Eligible Suppliers who are invited to apply for Ordinary Shares by Murray Goulburn may participate in the Offer.
An Eligible Supplier is a person who:
• has a registered address in Australia; and
• is either:
• a current supplier of milk to Murray Goulburn; or
• in the process of becoming a supplier of milk to Murray Goulburn.
If Murray Goulburn invites you to apply for Ordinary Shares, Murray Goulburn will provide you with a copy of this
Prospectus and an application form.
If you choose to participate in the Offer, you must complete and return the application form to Murray Goulburn and pay
the application monies as set out on the application form.
