刚才收到一封council的邮件,Renotification of development application no DA2013/0315
Proposed development:
Amended Plans for alterations and additions to existing place of public worship (mosque) - including reduction in height of minaret to 21m and deletion of mezzanine area for worshipping purposes
Hurstville City Council as the consent authority has received the above Development Application. In keeping with our commitment to informing owners and occupiers of adjoining land of these applications Council advises:
· That due to this re-notification and further exhibition the application will not be determined by Council on 19 February 2014 as originally intended
· That the application and accompanying documents may be inspected for fourteen (14) days, from 21/02/14 to 07/03/14 at the Customer Service Centre on the ground floor of the Council's Civic Centre, Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 4:30pm, or alternatively by using the internet facilities at the Library to view the documents electronically. Go to www.hurstville.nsw.gov.au/I want to track an application (DA) online and fill in the application details. Assistance with interpretation of the plans is available only at the Civic Centre.
· If, after inspecting the application and supporting documents, you wish to lodge a submission, it must be in writing and reach the General Manager by the last day of the notification period indicated above. Late submissions may not be considered.
· Information on how to prepare a submission is available at www.hurstville.nsw.gov.au (Go to Building and Development/Objections & Submissions).
· Whilst Council will accept hard copy submissions Council has an on-line electronic submission form (E-Form) available at www.hurstville.nsw.gov.au (Go to “I want to”/Make a submission on a DA) that you are welcome to use. Council would also encourage you to email your submission quoting the Application Number and address of the property to hccmail@hurstville.nsw.gov.au.
· If submissions are received via E-Form or email, Council will adopt this form of communication as your preferred method of communication in relation to this application pursuant to Section 153 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. Acknowledgement letters and any other formal correspondence associated with this application will be sent to you via email.
· If you have made political donations or provided gifts you must complete the Disclosure of Political Donations and Gifts Statement Disclosure Form and lodge this with your submission. This Form is also available on Council’s website at www.hurstville.nsw.gov.au (Go to “I want to”/Download a Council Form/Building and Development)
· Acknowledgement letters will be sent to persons who have made individual submissions following the closure of the notification period. Where Petitions are concerned, only the first person listed on the first page of the petition list will be sent an acknowledgement letter. Acknowledgement letters will not be sent where the contact details are not provided, illegible or unclear.
· The supply of personal information is voluntary. If personal information is not provided, Council may be limited in dealing with a submission. Submissions, summaries of submissions, and/or names and addresses of people making submissions may be included in publicly available reports to Council or Committee Meetings.
Please note that, in accordance with section 18(1)(b) of the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW), you are advised that all submissions received by Council in relation to any matter will be placed on the appropriate Council file and may be disclosed to Councillors, Council Officers, consultants to Council or members of the public. Pursuant to the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, the Council is obliged to disclose inspections of its documents, including any submission you may make.
· Enclosed is a copy of the notification plan provided to Council by the applicant.
