a few questions: 1) quite a few top management all have surname: Cohen, does anyone if they belong to the same family?

they have this report on their website, it sounds pretty negative in regard to departures of key persons. why would you guys are so opportunistic?
3) Based on the management page, it seems they have an operation center in India, which I suspect it was software development center. Can anyone confirm?
