刚拿到offer,里面关于termination的解释实在不理解。我以为过了试用期termination都是给4-week notice的。怎么合同里面写的是大于5年才4星期呢？另外合同里没有单独提出probation的时间...求解...
18. Notice of Termination
18.1 Except in the case of summary dismissal, notice of termination of employment will be given by the Company or yourself in accordance with the following table:
Your period of continuous service with The Company Period of notice
Up to 1 year 1 week
More than 1 year but not more than 3 years 2 weeks
More than 3 years but not more than 5 years 3 weeks
More than 5 years 4 weeks
