If you are The Clinic Assistant/Receptionist We are looking for at the Almond Wellness Centre Ringwood
1. Familiar with Chinese medicine and Acupuncture, preferably have experience in medical / Chinese medicine clinics;
2. Speak Fluent English;
3. Must Have Customer service experienced have good communication skills;
4. Good time management skills and able to handle work stress;
5. Willing to learn;
5. Punctual
6. Honest and reliable
You may be required to
1. Do “Front of House” / reception duties: answering inquiring (English only), make booking, process payment, etc.
2. Assist with dispensing Chinese herbs, do Cupping, taking needles out, etc.
3. Other clinic associated office work (cleaning, filing, etc.)
4. Available at least 2 full days per week (must be available on Saturdays) plus a few other days. Possible full time in the future.
You will be paid up to $20 per hour when you finish training and are able to work independently.
