Eco Leaf Pty Ltd is based in Clayton South. For our developing business, we require a motivated and highly organised individual who can work independently in the office and manage all administrative functions for us. To be able to conduct all the required tasks,  3 months trainings will be provided. Responsibilities includes:
• Identify and grow customer sales, promoting the product range and up selling
• Manage and process online business  and sales
• Collate and file all necessary paperwork
• Manage all local & inter-state couriers
• Assist with incoming telephone calls
• Undertake a range of other administrative duties
• Liaising with management and sales
• Maintaining the office


ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS ARE:
• Previous office working experiences will be preferred but it is not a necessity
• Hard working, producing accurate work on time
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Friendly, enthusiastic disposition with excellent phone manner
• High level of computer literacy
• Experience of computerized accounting systems
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Self-discipline and motivation to succeed
• Fluency and literacy in English
