read, read, read, and then write write write to improve ... a course could be helpful, but very limited.. the sense of language, thinking in English is the driver when writing ... so there is no short cut .. go to library, get ten books a time, finish them...and get second lot.. continue on for three months.. you will find yourself standing an upgraded level..
