We have been receiving a number of queries regarding changing from the physical game to the digital (cd key) variation.
Just to clarify, we will be receiving stock of the physical (boxed) Diablo 3 between the 15th to 17th of May and it will take an additional 2-3 working days to receive your item/s after these dates.
The digital (cd key) variation costs $54.90 and will be made available by us on the evening of the 15th of May. To play the game with the cd key you will need to download it from battle.net, the official download will be made available from the 14th of May, please see the following from Blizzard:
"We will be unlocking the game's installer at 8:01 a.m. PDT on May 14. This will allow you to begin installing the game, troubleshoot any issues you run into, download and install the launch day 1.0.1 patch, and be ready to play as soon as the servers come online."

IMPORTANT: If you want to change from the physical game to the digital/cd key version, please reply to this email before 1pm AEST on the 15th of May with your order number and request to change. We will refund the difference between the price you paid for the physical version and the digital version ($54.90) within 24 hours.
If you do not want to change, please ignore this email, no further action is required.
