各位申请成功的XDJM们，我想请教几个问题，
1）在checklist里面有一个Original overseas penal certificate for any country which you have resided cumulatively for 12 months or more since the grant of the temporary partner visa (UF309)，然后下面有三项applicant, dependant, sponsor.请问这个是不是同NPC是一个意思的？NPC是只要applicant还是sponsor一起做的？
2）Dependant applicants: please list all dependant applicants included on this application, including dependants holding(or applying for)445 visas.这个是不是当初申请的时候有没有一起申请的，比如孩子？如果就是配偶申请，这里dependant's surname, given name和date of birth就无需填写了？
