Overview
A Telco Solutions and services company with strong focus on Next Generation Networks (NGN) and Operational Support Systems (OSS). Our NGN team is currently looking for a graduate engineer with 1-2 years experience who would like to develop their network engineering career. You will be required to work on site in our partners offices in a busy high-pressure support environment. You will be working with and supported by our central support desk. Daily duties will include working onsite with partner engineers technical enquiries guiding them to the right answer their technical enquiries in a timely fashion. Beside your daily duties, as a FASE, you will be expected to progress through the Cisco career certifications program over a 2 year period.


Key Duties
Provide Technical Presales support to Channel Partners
Product and Features Positioning
Network design recommendation to meet partners need
Work with partners to understand their unique requirements and suggest appropriate solutions and designs
Work with relevant business units and stakeholders to resolve technical issue if required


Essential Requirements
CCNA (desirable)
Basic understanding of Networking Devices (preferably CCNA level)
Basic understanding of basic VoIP
Recent Graduate (Computer Science or Engineering or related discipline)
Strong communications skills in both written and verbal as well as presentation skills
Ability to work to deadlines / under pressure
