TERMINAL SERVICE SUPPORT ENGINEER


Responsibilities

•        Maintaining and improving service level agreement (SLA)
•        Maintaining and building relationship with Network Providers.
•        Determine the availability requirements from the business for new or enhanced services.
•        Authorized service center management
•        Involving after Sale Service presentation both pre-sale and post-sale.
•        Customer Request and Complaints Handling
•        Providing technical support for Network Providers and end users.
•        Customer Satisfaction Survey
•        Spare Part management

Requirements

•        Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication, Electronic or related subject and has strong technology background;
•        Familiar with terminal products such handset\data card\PDF;
•        2~5 years work experience in telecommunication customer service field, and have the network with after-sales service manager of local carriers, such as Vodafone\Optus\Telstra and Virgin etc;
•        Good communicate and team work skill;
•        Willing to travel;
•        Fluent English, Able to speak Mandarin is a plus

Familiar with Mobile phone and Data Card technologies.

Related experience in product expansion/solutions in the telecommunication industry.

Related sales or service experience on face to customers

Related work experience with reputable vendors of devices

Bachelor degree or similar degree in a relevant discipline

Aggressive and keen to be successful

Be able to complete technology communication, negotiation and clarification of mature and advantageous product under instructions.

Customer Communication: Have good communication relations and influence with mid- and low-level of marketing, technology and other departments from local target key operators. Be able to communication with them about technology questions.
