103转143后Withdrawal Letter 上写：
Your application for a Parent (Class AX) (subclass 103) visa has been withdrawn as
requested.
This is:

● because you indicated in your application form that you wanted to withdraw your
application, in the event that the application for sponsorship or nomination was
refused or withdrawn.
It is not possible to reconsider an application after it that has been withdrawn. If in the future you
want to apply for another visa to Australia, a new visa application must be lodged.

这样写正常吗？你们收到信也是同样内容吗？
103转143因为SPONSORSHIP变了，担保我父母原来是我老公，现在是我，（因为申请的时候认为谁担保没关系，现在我老公担保也行，但这次143担保人写的是我）这样143还是以103排队的时间算吗？
