Part time Property Manager

The Role

• Manage a clean rental roll of 60 properties in one complex in Pyrmont NSW
  
• Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
  
• Listing rental properties
• Process tenancy applications and select tenants
• Coordinate repair and maintenance work orders
• Nurture relationships with new and existing landlords and tenants
• Prepare for and attend tribunal hearings as required
• Provide admin support to the Building Manager when required
• Long term part time with potential to full time role
• Work in a small and supportive team with high level of automony
• Close to Darling Harbour with easy public transport nearby
  

About You

• At least 1 year property management experience and Certificate of Registration in Real Estate
• Proactive and positive attitude with the ability to adapt to systems and procedures
• Ability to constantly prioritise tasks and multi task
• Selv motivated and ability to work autonomously
• A passion and interest in progressing your career in the Building & Real Estate industry
• Proficiency with MS computer systems
  

Remuneration:

• Remuneration is subject to experience
• Hourly rate and generous commission
• Mobile phone supplied
