About the Company:
墨尔本CBD大型地产开发与资产管理公司，中资企业。现因发展需要招聘一名全职IT Support。Base在CBD办公室，会需要不时出行至Glen办公室解决技术问题。公司备车，无需自备车辆，有车更佳。需与公司IT外包公司沟通
Key Responsibilities：
• Provide support across network, server and desktop hardware, mobile devices, software and other devices, including proprietary applications
• User support directly access via email, phone and in person.
• Local and remote support of workstations and servers.
• Create/Update user credentials in active directory, telephony system, plus other standalone systems.
• Hardware builds and deployment.
• Create/Update technical documentation.
Requirement：
• 2-3 years' experience in a similar position
• Ability to troubleshoot across a range of systems.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Experience providing IT support for:
o Windows desktop and server environments
o Desktop and printer issues
o Various Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions
o Network and Internet Issues
