家里有个不到2岁的娃,不爱吃中餐,很多时候晚餐都一起吃于是我学会了好些能糊弄人的晚餐,客人来了也尝不出来是假的risotto. 类似的弄过chicken meatball fennel risotto, banana prawn risotto
材料:
low GI +sushi rice 煮好的米饭 (我一般都是2杯米煮出来用掉1/3) cheat
南瓜350g切成cube 大概1.5 cm
pea 一杯
middle bacon 4 片切小粒
洋葱一小个切粒
大蒜一瓣拍扁
unsalted chicken stock 1.5 杯
不用Parmesan 用 1/2 cup cheese 如下图cheat
步骤:
1/ 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil, 10g cooking butter in deep frying pan over medium heat, add onion, garlic, bacon. cook around 5 minutes or until soft.
2/ add pumpkin , add stock (正宗做法这时候要加rice了然后开始漫长的stir然后加一勺热汤blah blah,我cheat) 。 bring it to boil, then reduce heat to medium low to simmer for around 8 minutes or the pumpkin is nearly cooked
3/ add pea in and bring it to boil and cook for another 3 minutes
4/ reduce the stock, and add rice and cheese
5/ serve with grated Parmesan cheese
成品拿去骗人成功若干次 lol
娃这个小碗能吃5碗,最后会能高兴的来袋酸奶。
