中介前几天给发了email，一大堆话，就说让做一氧化碳检测什么的，还发了个表格
说真心话，不想弄，
但不知道有什么情况，
有没有遇到的朋友，给个建议

Ray white Oakleigh have engaged Smarthouse Australia to regularly inspect your propertys gas heater/s.
As Victorias number 1 Gas Heater/ Carbon Monoxide maintenance provider and the preferred supplier to the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, they provide a thorough and comprehensive service, utilising their extensive experience and specific carbon monoxide testing training.
Energy Safe Victoria state landlords should ensure gas heaters are serviced at least every two years. Smarthouse can take on this responsibility for you should you wish to be included in this service.
Please find attached authority form in relation to our biennial gas heater/ CO service. We request that you complete and return the authority form indicating your preference whether to be included in the biennial service by no later than Friday 7th December 2018 as this service is due to commence shortly.
