About the business and the role
VC Loan is a financial services company to provide loan products for different purposes. An opportunity has arisen to join us as a BDM in our Sydney CBD office. Within this role, you will expand your clients (mainly brokers) and growth of our residential mortgage portfolio.
Job tasks and responsibilities
You will join our BDM team and will be responsible for:
Identifying new business opportunities ( cold calling, conferences & networking events)
Contacting and establishing the relationship with external brokers
Pitching the benefits of our products to new and existing brokers
Maintaining the relationship by responding to loan generated enquires
Training a group of broker about our loan products
Persistently follow up with brokers to achieve cases target
Designing of your own sales plan to ensure the successful delivery of monthly cases target
Maintaining the CRM database
Work collaboratively with your team to make an impression on the marketplace and grow your territorySkills and experience
Results oriented
Be highly motivated and driven
Excellent communication skills
Strong and proven sales skills
Strong understanding of banking products
Be familiar with loan approval process
Experience working with referrals
Resourceful, tenacious and have an enviable reputation in sales and marketing area
Experienced in Finance area
Bilingual, English and Mandarin essential
1 year and above BDM experience or 1 years and above sales/marketing experience is preferred.
