[日常管理] 买了一个房，里面现在有租客，就打算让租客继续住了，请问除买普通的building&content保险，是不是还要renter保险? [复制链接]

买了一个房，里面现在有租客，就打算让租客继续住了，请问除买普通的building & content insurance ，是不是还要多买一个renter's insurance?

或者renter's insurance 就包含了building & content insurance 了？

还是说我是买building & content insurance，而租客是自己买renter's insurance？

还是我买landlord insurance 就行了？

还是买landlord and building insurance?

Content保险公司说包含地毯和木地板比如漏水啊？属于房东买？

意思是说landlord insurance cover了content 如地毯，木地板？

House 还是apt?
House 得买building + landlord +contents(如果提供家具的话)
Apt就买landlord+contents

但是我刚才打电话又去问了说地毯和木地板的损坏全部算在content里面, building insurance现在不管？现在政策变了？

地毯和地板本来就是contents啊，building只管你的房子
