143 父母付费移民的问题

母亲明年满60准备退休了，现在想提前准备143的申请材料，想请教一下大家基本的申请材料（主要是父母在国内要准备的）有那些？
我在网上查的基本就是出生公证（申请人/担保人），结婚公证，亲属关系公证，独生子女公证。
父亲明年还不到60不打算退休，而且父亲因工作原因只有退休了才能申请因私护照。这种情况如果我
先给母亲申请了143，拿到了FN后，等父亲退休申请的时候可以用同一个FN吗？还是说只能重新单独再申请
父亲的143，重新排队拿个新的FN.如果是这样是不是两个人同时申请比一个人先申请另一个人后申请费用
上要便宜一点。

只要你母亲的签证还没批，就可以在申请中加你父亲。具体做法可以询问移民局：

Who can be added to an application after it
has been lodged
A child who is born after an application is made
(but before it is decided) will be automatically
included in the parent’s application once the
department is notified of the details of the
newborn child.
A partner or dependent child can be added to an
application after the application has been made
but before it is decided. However, other
dependent family members can only be added
to an application in certain circumstances. In
general, if the main applicant was in Australia at
the time they applied for their visa, other family
members may be added to the application as
long as they were in Australia. If the applicant
was outside of Australia at the time they lodged
their visa application, other family members
cannot be added to an existing application.
