详细地址在哪里?
Mt Wilson is located only two hours west from Sydney, 124km via Richmond and Bells Line of Rd. Mt Irvine is just a little further on through Mt Wilson. Access is only by road. It is east of Lithgow, north of the Bells Line of Road between Bell and Bilpin. The nearest rail station is Bell (request stop only), but there is no public transport to Mt Wilson or Mt Irvine. It is one of the northern basalt mountains, within Blue Mountains of New South Wales.
To drive to Mt Wilson and Mt Irvine from Sydney go via Richmond and the Bells Line of Road. Go along the M2 and the M7 and take the Richmond Road exit. Follow Richmond Rd all the way to Richmond. Follow the signs to Lithgow through Richmond, Kurrajong Heights, Bilpin, Berambing and Mt Tomah along Bell's Line of Road. The Mt Wilson/ Mt Irvine turnoff is about 15 minutes drive after Mt Tomah and before Bell.
To get to Mt Irvine, drive to Mt Wilson, through the village until you come to a T intersection with Mt Irvine Rd. Turn left and follow Mt Irvine Rd to Mt Irvine for 13 kilometres.
We have no cafe's or coffee shops at Mt Wilson or Mt Irvine, so bring a picnic lunch since there are many delighful places to enjoy a picnic. |
