A new chain sushibusiness is opening its Mount Waverley and Bentleigh East shop in late November/earlyDecember and requires experienced Sushi Chef/ Sushi roll makers to head up the sushibar that forms part of the largest busy independent supermarket.
We are providingfreshly made quality in store sushi products inside the largest Independentsupermarket which give people another good reason to shop with the independent.
The environment will be fast paced and required skilful people whocan work independently and to time frames Full time, Part time, Casual are allconsidered depending on your visa work limitation. Weekends will be anecessity as the store will trade 7 days a week. Shifts will run from earlymorning to afternoon.

We are looking forenergetic staff that is capable of
· Fast and efficient production
· The best customer service and engagement
· Previous experience in a sushi bar or takeaway;
· Demonstrating high level of food safety during operation
· Ordering and purchasing responsibilities
· Ensuring that there is sufficient stock for sale during peakperiods, stock rotation and wastage management
