Retail Sales Manager -Full Time

A shoe retailer is looking for a retail manager to join our rapid growing team. We are seeking an enthusiastic team member for this full time position. The ideal applicant will be motivated and professional, with excellent communication skills.

Daily duties will include but not be limited to:
•      managing 8 retail stores，liaising with store manager to ensure monthly sales targets are met，
•      Setting up appropriate pricing system together with management
•      organizing special promotions, displays and events
•      analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales
•      dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organising training and development;
•      Maintaining awareness of market trends in the industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.


Applicants also need to have:
•      Minimum of 2 + years experiences as shoe retailer manager
•      Excellent experience in marketing and store display
•      Customer service experience
•      Efficient time management and multitask skills
•      High level of attention to details
•      Mandarin speaking is an advantage
•      Experience in VEND system preferred but not a must
•      Australian Driver License
•      Own transport
