从我最近的经历得来的——闲得没事给苹果的客服写信,他们的回信是我见过的最有礼貌的,简直有点小心翼翼诚惶诚恐的感觉

I am sorry to hear that your Apple ID has been disabled. I acknowledge that you would like to have it re-enable so that you can continue to enjoy Apple has to offer. I do recognize the urgency and importance of getting this attended and I will be happy to look into this for you right away.
I have reviewed your account and it looks like it was disabled due to fraudulent activity. To re-enable your account, please contact our Account Security team for the verification and re-enabling process.
To contact an Account Security Advisor, follow these steps:
1) Go to the Contact Apple Support page:

2) Choose "Lost or forgotten Apple ID password" (this option may already be selected), choose your country, and click Continue.
3) On the Solutions page, choose to call Apple Support now or schedule a time for Apple Support to call you back.

When you call, ask to speak to the Account Security team.
