Options are
1. Do the CPA foundation level & (try to get subject exmptions on CPA foundation level) before doing the CPA professional level.
2. Get CPA to assess which subjects you can get exempt from CPA foundation and then do the rest in master of professional accounting. After that then you can do the required 6 subjects in CPA professional level.
"The CPA program can finish in 1.5 years pharse" is generally for candidates who had degrees in accounting and take on CPA professional level straight away.
I think in your case, I don't think you can finish the CPA program in 1.5 years. Usally it takes around 1.5 years to do the master of professional accounting (may be faster if you do CPA foundation level) and then 1.5 years for the CPA professional level.
