如题，
打算申请政府的graduate program,可是其中有个要求：
Please note applicants for the graduate program as a minimum, need a three-
year bachelor degree from an Australian University, or an equivalent degree
as recognised by the National Office of Overseas Skills Recognition (NOOSR).
If you have an overseas degree it is your responsibility to gain recognition
through NOOSR at your own cost.
这个意思难道是说，在澳洲读的master 就不算吗？（认证一次要花近千澳元）
申请表格上需要列出undergraduate和postgraduate两个学位，如果要写中国本科的学位，那意思是就必须要通过认证才有效吗？然后紧接着又要列出postgraduate澳洲学位。 如果真是这样，真是画蛇添足，目的不就是想证明有一个和澳洲认证的学位吗？干吗非要3年的本科？
有谁了解毕业生招聘的细节问题请指教一二，谢谢！
