EBAY 主动取消一个没有注册买家的order，卖家该怎么处理？

今天第一次收到ebay notice "MC999 Suspicious buyer for item"- EBay 必须取消一个没有注册的买家的订单。

奇怪：1. 一个用户如果没有注册，怎么能下订单呢？
2. ebay 建议不要同这个买家联系，也不要发货。但买家说把货款转到我的银行账号上。请问ebay 高手，我该如何处理？

是ebay由于种种原因把买家deregistered了。买家肯转帐你还怕什么？对他来说转帐就没保障了。
