要搬家了 新的房子合同都签了 原来用的tpg 的adsl2，现在想relocation，客服回邮件说新的地址不能安装adsl2：
The situation is that your area is currently being routed through either a sub-exchange or "RIM" using fiber-optic cables which are incompatible with the ADSL2+, Naked ADSL2+ and ADSL2+ with Home Phone services.
The only option to continue with your relocation is to nominate an active Telstra telephone number and it has to pass the criteria for ADSL1 connection.
但是上optus的网站check地址以后竟然可以安装optus的adsl2.
有技术帝帮忙解释一下吗？ |
