关于Salary sacrifice有一个问题不是很明白，希望大家帮忙回答一下。谢谢！
Salary sacrifice contributions:
1.        are not regarded as employer contributions, which increases their effectiveness for those on the highest marginal rate of tax
2.        must be offered by employers to all employees on request
3.        cannot be used by an employer to offset their SG obligations
4.        are generally ineffective for those on the lowest marginal rate of tax
我不能确定3和4哪个是正确的。

no.3 is the same as no.1 (which are all incorrect)

你是雇主还有雇员？
一般Salary sacrifice雇员自己提出来的，用过加大供入养老金的金额（进Super的税额15%），避开高税率。

在读Financial planning的课程，有很多地方不是很明白。：）

salary sacrifice的super要记录到reportable employer superannuation contribution，所以1不对。
2里面的Must有问题，雇主可以选择不提供这个选项的。
3不正确，参见http://www.ato.gov.au/Business/E ... guarantee_payments_
4正确。

实际操作中，雇主雇员可以达成协议，SGC按照原先的工资支付。
