Full Time Office All Arounder - North Shore Doors

North Shore Doors is located in Lane Cove, NSW Australia and since 1994 has been providing the installation and servicing of B&D products and other major brands garage doors and openers.

We are looking for someone who has a long term commitment to this role , is well presented, is a fluent English speaker, fast data entry,  prides themselves on strong customer service skills, has attention to details and the ability to pick up processes quickly. You will also have an excellent phone manner to deal with customers considerately and efficiently.

The role primarily involves however is not limited to:

- Data entry of orders and warehouse activity
- Customer service including phone and website queries
- Invoicing orders
- Liaising with distributors
- Processing credit card payments

Ideally you will have:

- Valid visa and allows to work in Australia for 40hours/week
- No Criminal Record
- Reliable,Independent and Responsible
- Demonstrated efficiency in data entry and office administration role
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- A sense of obligation

Full -time role, Mondays to Fridays, 9.00am to 5.00pm

Salary based on your experience.
