持分请教：如何去掉阴魂不散的插入广告？

如题：不知道什么时候起，自己操作不当，弄了个新闻插入广告在电脑里，在CONTROL PANEL的UNINSTALL A PROGRAM里怎么删也删不掉，甚至都找不到一个叫NEWS.NET的PROGRAM.

方法一: Do a System Restore to go back to a few days before. If you can get rid of it, then downloan Malwarebytes to scan and clean your computer.
方法二: Start your computer by press "F8" to log on with "Safe Mode with Networking", then downloan Malwarebytes to scan and clean your computer.

Try to disable News.Net popups

There are some reasons you need to get rid of this popup.
Firstly, it can add its tool bar to the internet browser and you can see this news and News toolbar stay on your browser all the time.
Secondly, it keeps poping up the window, and those popups include certain links and ads.
Thirdly, it will take more malicious and virus to the target system.
Fourthly, this infection cannot detect by antivirus and you cannot uninstall it from the control panel.  
Fifthly, your computer will be under the hacker’s control, and your privacy data is in the high risk.
Sixthly, the performance of your system will run slower than before.

How to remove News.Net from your computer

Method one: to remove Tuvaro.com virus from your browser
  
1. For the Internet Explorer.
1) Go to 'Tools' → 'Manage Add-ons';
2) Choose 'Search Providers' → choose 'Bing' search engine or 'Google' search engine and make it default;
3) Select 'Search Results' and click 'Remove' to remove it;
4)  Go to 'Tools' → 'Internet Options', select 'General tab' and click 'Use default' button or enter your own website, e.g. Google.com. Click OK to save the changes.

2. For the Firefox.
1) Click on the magnifier's icon and select 'Manage Search Engines....';
2) Choose 'Search Results' from the list and click 'Remove' and OK to save changes;
3) Go to 'Tools' → 'Options'. Reset the startup homepage or change it to google.com under the 'General tab';

3. For Google Chrome
1) Click on 'Customize and control' Google Chrome icon, select 'Settings';
2) Choose 'Basic Options'.
3) Change Google Chrome's homepage to google.com or any other and click the 'Manage search engines...' button;
4) Select 'Google' from the list and make it your default search engine;
5) Select 'Search Results' from the list remove it by clicking the "X" mark.

Method two: remove the Tuvaro.com virus from the Control Panel.
Click ‘Start’ > Control Panel’ > Add or Remove Programs,’then Find and select ‘DaleSearch Toolbar’ and click ‘Remove’



Method three, Tap Windows+R keys together to pop up the Run box, type in regedit and hit OK to open Registry Editor; then find out the following registry entries and delete:

Method four, Get rid of the listed files:
