Senior Mortgage Brokers (basic salary + commission) – Melbourne

AAF Partners provides quality referrals from our professional members, whilst providing the support and resources to assist you in writing more business.  AAF Partners based in Box Hill is prepared to pay a retainer + commission for the right candidate.  on-target earnings $80,000 to $120,000.   AAF Partners is an established accounting practice that seeks to develop a mortgage and finance division.

We require a dedicated individual with lending experience gained in either a broking or banking environment, who has the confidence to service the professional market and their client base.



To be successful in this role you will need to have the following attributes:

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;

- Strong lending experience (2 years minimum) combined with a broad understanding of the lending products; and

- MFAA/FBAA, COSL and Professional Indemnity (please note, we will be able to assist you to obtain these if required).

- Be able to manage a team of cerdit representives and go thorough the loan submission

- Be able to guide and mentor Junior Mortgage cousultants to process the loan
