We are currently looking for a dynamic Office full time All-rounder/ accounts assistant to be an integral part of our team in Sydney
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate strong organisation skills, focus on detail, exceptional time management and communication skills. You will have an understanding of basic bookkeeping and MYOB.
The key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
Answer incoming telephone calls
Coordinate daily incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain office/store stock
Liaise with Sales Agents/Attractions all over Australia
Data entry
Basic bookkeeping assistance
Assisting various management staff
Skills and Attributes / Experience Required:
Strong Computer Skills
Ability to work independently
Attention to detail and highly organised
Strong communication and people skills
Excellent numeracy & literacy skills
An outgoing and positive personality
Strong attention to detail and the ability to organise an office and file.
