请问：澳洲CPA是否可以帮别人退税

想请教大家一个问题，澳洲的CPA是不是可以帮别人退税，收费的那种。还是说必须是注册的tax agent才可以呢？刚在ATO网站上看到有四个unregistered tax agent分别被罚了好几万。谢谢指点。

dont think you can charge other people for doing their tax return without being a registered tax agent.

otherwise, medical school graduates who are not registered doctors can then charge people for treatment.

不收费应该可以吧。 不过如果不收费的话， 谁好像都可以， 不需要是 CPA 呀。 呵呵。

CA, CPA是注册会计师 但会计师有很多种 有财务会计 管理会计 审计 税务会计
能做税务的会计 是ATO 注册的Tax Agent  而且他们的会计费用是可以抵税的
是CA CPA的不一定是tax agent.  是tax agent的不一定是CA或CPA.

如果只是CPA，没有注册税务Tax Agent，不行；是注册Tax Agent，但是不是CPA，可以。 能否报税资格主要看是不是注册Tax Agent，而不是看是不是注册CPA或者CA。

这个话太绝对。。
1.只要收费。肯定有责任。。
2. 没有收费，没有在office。。以“朋友咨询” 是不承担责任的。。坛子里 这个板块 有很多cpa /ca的 。。大家可以注意
到 如果他们给出建议的话。。下面都带有免责条款的
