两层楼的townhouse,10年新左右,去看过房子了,室内屋主保养得很好。缺点是有owners Corporation, 每季度大概200多,我问agent要floor plan, 他们说没有,所以几个房间大小我不知道,目测楼上3个房间,一个不到10平方,一个在10平方左右,主人房肯定超过10平方,还带ensuite和一个小阳台。
谁能给点建议这个房子出多少价合理?另外中介发给我的contract of sale中间有这么一段话,是不是说这个房子有easements?
