在等了快一个月,发了2封邮件询问无果之后,今天终于收到SASA的邮件,说是邮包被退回去了。原因可能是地址不对,收件者拒收或不愿意付关税....可是我这里是什么都没有发生过呀,地址也不可能错,以前都订过几回了。
订货时给我发的确定邮件里的地址是完全对的,等到他们发货后再来的邮件,我发现AUSTRALIA给拼了个乱码。我当时觉得我的RECORD里的地址都是对的,应该没啥问题。现在想想,问题有可能就出在这里。可是如果他们发货时连国家名都不对,怎么可能发得出来呢????
现在我可以要求退货,那得扣除退货运费+15%的货款费+可能有的关税(那都不知道要被扣掉多少钱,至少有15%的货款$15)
或者我可以要求再寄,得付USD18. 可现在退货的原因都不明,如果再被退货呢!!!而且我觉得如果是他们的问题,那也要我来付这笔费用吗?!!
打了他们2次客服电话,都在没接通的时候就掉线了!!!
怎么这样!才买$100的东西,弄得这么复杂,以后是再也不会去他们家买东西了,太折腾了。
MM们指点一下,我该怎么处理比较好

Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts or refused by recipient. When ordering from sasa.com you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the items. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. If the package is refused due to your refusal to pay customs tax and/or duties, and subsequently returned to sasa.com, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total product purchase price. Or we can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, you will be charged US$18* for resend standard shipping fee. (* Re-shipping fee is base on the original shipping method used for your purchase.) Please kindly provide re-delivery address, recipient name and contact number to us at return@sasa.com, we will arrange resend to you accordingly. We will direct debit the account of purchase once we hear from you.
Please kindly be reminded if we have not received your reply in 2 weeks, we will process refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and 15% of the value of products as re-stocking fee accordingly. (It normally takes about 3 to 4 weeks to process the return and credit to the account of purchaser. Refund by cheque or telegraphic transfer will take approximately the same amount of time.)
